Your Profile

When you work with us during the summer, the needs of others are at the center. Therefore, it is important that you are attentive and have a good attitude. You need to enjoy working with people.

As a summer substitute in care, you are always part of an inclusive team, even if you sometimes work independently. Therefore, you need to be good at collaborating and have the knowledge and courage to take your own initiatives. You also need to be flexible as you are working with people. This includes the ability to remain calm in pressured situations.

You also need to meet the following requirements:

  • You should be accustomed to working with computers and mobile phones, as all documentation is done digitally.
  • To work as a summer substitute, you must be at least 18 years old, as you will handle users with special needs and manage sensitive information.
  • It is important for us to understand each other: Therefore, you need to be able to communicate clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Do you have a driver's license? Then you are especially attractive to us. For work in home care/LSS and certain other areas, a driver's license is required. It is a plus if you have a license for a car with a manual transmission.
  • You should bring a valid ID at the interview (see specific information in the application form) and an extract from the police's criminal record to the interview. You can order the extract from the police, selecting the option for work in schools and preschools.
